  65. Plain Vanilla Labels is an easy-to-use label maker and label database.
  66. The program prints one, two, and three across labels on any dot matrix,
  67. inkjet, or laser printer. Features include easy data entry and a
  68. powerfulsearch function. Labels can be indexed on any space and line on
  69. each label. Another feature allows "hidden" comments to be placed
  70. anywhere on any label. Label lists can be searched and printed by
  71. searching for a string on any line of the label. In this way lists
  72. single labels or groups of labels which meet the search criteria can be
  73. printed. The program uses a full-featured editor and macros to make data
  74. entry easier. The program can also be used as a simple database.

  96. Copy all the unzipped files to an empty hard drive on your computer.
  97. Makethis directory the current or logged directory. At the prompt, type
  98. PVL and press Enter. You will be asked whether you have a black and white
  99. or colour monitor and the type of printer and labels you would like to
  100. start with. After answering, simply move around in the program and try
  101. the different features. There are a few demonstration labels included.
  102. It would be helpful to print the operating manual, VANILLA.DOC so that
  103. you can explore all the program features.

  105. Plain Vanilla Labels also works well as a DOS program under Windows. See
  106. your windows documentation for instructions on how to set up an MSDOS
  107. program.

  132. Plain Vanilla  Labels  is distributed  under  the  user-supported
  133. Shareware concept. Non-registered users  of Plain Vanilla  Labels are
  134. granted a limited license to  use Plain Vanilla Labels for  a trial
  135. period not  to exceed  90 days  in order  to determine  its suitability
  136. for their purposes. Any use of non-registered  copies of Plain Vanilla
  137. Labels beyond this trial period is forbidden.
